After coaching 500+ small businesses as a Google consultant, Aled realised SEO had turned into a confusing, costly tangle. That’s why in 2020 he hit the “there’s got to be a better way” button and launched Lumen SEO – straightforward, affordable and empowering. Today we help UK businesses grow with SEO that actually makes sense.
We like to keep things simple and transparent – hourly billing, weekly updates, and clear explanations of what we’re doing and why.
Our aim is simple: to help businesses grow in a sustainable way with honest, effective SEO that actually makes sense.
At Lumen SEO we embrace a flexible 32‑hour workweek, where team members can work anytime, anywhere across Monday to Sunday – as long as they hit their goals.
This shift reflects our commitment to personal autonomy, wellbeing, and trust.
So far, it’s been working out brilliantly – the team’s happier, we’re getting more done, and no one misses the old 9 to 5!
